the location is perfect near the bts phrong pong station this makes all areas accessible i had a great breakfast there the hotel staff is nice.

The fitness center is spacious and well-equipped (it has everything I needed). The breakfast buffet included many choices. The rooftop bar provided a fun experience with fine city views. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I think the room could have used a bit more natural light. It was a little dark for my liking.

The hotel's proximity to public transportation was a huge plus. the staff were consistently helpful and friendly. i especially loved the rooftop bar. It had an very nice view!

The air conditioning automatically reset to 28°c whenever i removed the key card. The room became uncomfortably warm. my room on the 11th floor felt dark all the time because of the surrounding tall buildings. the room was also quite small. I had to move luggage onto the bed to open it.

the prime restaurant offers amazing food at affordable prices. the hotel has a fantastic gym WITH good equipment. i found the MOJJO bar a standout, offering AMAZING cocktails and city views.

The staff were all very nice. the hotel itself is fine. breakfast stood out as the best i had during my entire time in thailand. the crispy bacon was especially delicious.

i found that the pool was cold. there were also too few sun loungers available.

i totally loved the convenient location close to the sky train. the staff was super helpful, especially with directions. the rooftop bar offered amazing views, and i just enjoyed sipping cocktails there.

I found the pool a bit small and crowded during peak hours. also, the gym, while functional, really needed more equipment. the noise from the street at night was noticeable. It kept me up a bit.
